Ingredients:

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup lemon curd
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat

Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties

Season each patty with salt and pepper

Place the burger patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer for your desired level of doneness

During the last minute of grilling, add a few slices of Brie cheese to each burger patty and allow it to melt

While the burgers are cooking, split the hamburger buns and lightly toast them on the grill

Once the burgers are cooked to your liking and the cheese has melted, remove them from the grill

To assemble the burgers, spread a generous amount of lemon curd on the bottom half of each toasted bun

Place a Brie-topped burger patty on top of the lemon curd

Sprinkle fresh blueberries on top of the burger patty

Top with the other half of the toasted bun

Serve hot and enjoy your Blueberry, Brie and Lemon Curd Grilled Cheese Burger
